Jeff P has a terrible memory, but as far back as he can remember he’s been drawing skulls and worrying his mother. He was born in Philly, learned to tattoo in Brooklyn, and now tattoos and paints in Portland, Oregon. His favorite things to draw are snakes, skulls, roses and naked ladies. He wears white t-shirts and blue jeans, and has wonderful manners.
